Purchasing Art & Delivery

I hope that when you receive your artwork you will be very happy with your purchase.  All artwork is carefully checked before despatch, and I will always try to hand-deliver artwork to you if you live within a 50 mile radius of my studio to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

If I post items to you, you must be aware that I only have 24 hours to report damage and claim for those damages from the courier or Royal Mail.
Please ensure that when you receive your artwork, you check the outer packaging carefully for any signs of damage and if anything looks damaged in any way, write on the courier/Royal Mail paperwork or electronic hand-held terminal 'damaged in transit'.  Please note that 
I cannot be responsible for any damage in transit if this procedure is not followed.

I offer Free Delivery on all artwork to the UK Mainland only, and additional carriage may be charged if you live in the Scottish Highlands or Islands - please ask for details when placing your order.


I use Paypal as my preferred payment method so that you can be sure that your payments are handled securely, and I abide by Paypals terms and conditions.  Paypal is the safer, easier way to pay. PayPal's secure payment platform lets you shop using your credit card or bank account without sharing your financial details. You only need your email address and password to pay and speed through checkout in a few easy clicks.  If you wish you can sign up for a free personal Paypal account at, and you can then use this account to purchase goods from millions of online suppliers. 


Under consumer protection legislation e.g. the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your order (unless it is personalised) and receive a full refund from me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from me, providing you let me know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your artwork.

Please ensure that you return your artwork unused and undamaged to me and obtain proof of posting. Returns are sent at your expense and I cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in the post. 

Please take care to ensure the artwork is packaged and labelled correctly with the return address - please contact me for the full return address details - thank you.

In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty, I will refund your reasonable return costs, provided that you choose the least expensive method of return.  Once I have received your returned item and verified it as faulty, I will refund or replace. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Personalised Items/Commissions

If you decide to cancel any order with me, please make sure that you give me as much notice as possible, and at least a minimum of 7 days, if you can.  Any deposits paid will be returned at my discretion, but I may need to keep part or all of the deposit if I have incurred costs up to the point of cancellation.
